Kite flying festivals are celebrated across China in many Provinces. Weifang Kite Festival is celebrated every year in the Shandong Province. It is a province in the eastern region of China. This festival is celebrated in the month of April. You will enjoy the variety of kite flying in the kite festivals.
Dragon Boat festival is another annual festival. It is popular as Duanwu among the people of China. Spectacular boat races are the high light of the festival. 20 to 40 meter long boats, painted in red, yellow and white and black participate in the race. Beat of the drum provides the background music for the boatmen.
