We bought our new home with another group but weren't that happy with how that process went. We carried two mortgages in the hopes that the spring market would bring us the best price for our previous home and when we were ready to sell we called Nancy. She had been recommended to us by our mortgage broker and by a friend. We wanted someone who knew the east side and appreciated it. We made the right decision. Nancy met with us in January and then again in March when we were ready to list. Her knowledge and expertise was clear to us from the beginning. Our house was on the market for 4 days and the offers came in. We hit a snafu when the the first buyer lost their financing 3 weeks into the process, but Nancy assured us that it would not be a problem. As a first time home buyer, the house search process is overwhelming and very daunting. Nancy was amazing to work with because she's able to explain every step of the process in a precise and clear manner.
